Kathy Walsh has over 30 years experience working with public and private organizations for work force strategic improvements in the areas of management effectiveness, education, knowledge management, and information technology. Prior to joining ERG, Ms. Walsh held numerous positions at the Executive level at the IBM Corporation. Her professional expertise includes human resource development, organizational development, strategic planning, job-based skill-building strategy, marketing, quality (TQM), customer database management, networking education management, sales, and training.
Ms. Walsh has advised clients on workforce effectiveness and current technology tools including the Prime Minister and President of Croatia, Minister of Education from Singapore, governors from three states in India, the Governor of Tasmania, the Economic Minister of Chile, and the education ministers from Russia, Malaysia, Denmark, Taiwan, Nova Scotia, and Mexico.
Ms. Walsh holds a Masters of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Missouri, a Marketing Certificate from the Wharton School, and an Advanced Business Certificate from Harvard University. Her professional affiliations include the American Society for Training and Development Policy Committee, the National Alliance of Business Education Excellence Committee, the Advisory Committee for the Center for Work Force Excellence at the National Association of Manufacturers, the Software Information Industry Association Government Affairs Committee, and the American Association of University Women.
