Ms. Buchel has 15 years experience as a management consultant, project manager, and trainer to major organizations in the manufacturing, health, and financial services, and information technology sectors. She currently holds the designation of CPF (Certified Professional Facilitator) through the International Association of Facilitators. In addition, she has earned the lifetime accreditation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resource Management Association. Ms. Buchel has a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
