ERG's President and founder, Cathy A. Silverstein, is a leading management consulting professional specializing in strategic planning, process improvement, enterprise development, and emerging market strategies. Since 1988, Ms. Silverstein has advised clients in the U.S. and in over 16 countries in Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, Africa, Central America, Asia, and the Caribbean.
In 1996, Ms. Silverstein formed the Enterprise Resource Group, Inc. to provide high-quality technical assistance, training, and facilitation services to decision-makers facing complex management, organizational, and planning decisions in private firms, non-profits, associations, government agencies, and economic development organizations worldwide. To this end, she has assembled a cadre of quality consultants with a range of expertise which includes organizational and workforce development, project and knowledge management, process improvement, strategic planning, meeting facilitation, and professional training.
Ms. Silverstein is accredited as a Certified Strategic Planner by the American Management Association, and holds a Masters of International Affairs with a specialty in Banking and Finance from Columbia University.
