Ms. Parks is a specialist in organizational development, knowledge management, and information technology, with over 20 years of expertise in business process reengineering (BPR), workflow analysis, organizational assessment, and executive coaching for clients in the U.S. and Southeast Asia. As Principal, Business Reengineering and Workflow Consulting with IBM, she conducted BPR activities across five countries in Southeast Asia; as Regional Manager, Southeast Asia Image Solutions Center for the IBM World Trade Asia Corporation in Singapore, she conducted technical assistance and skills transfer to recipients in five countries.
As a consultant, she has facilitated numerous meetings and discussions and provided technical assistance to a wide variety of clients to improve organizational effectiveness in communication, work processes, organizational structures, management skills, and supporting technologies. She has expertise in a variety of organizational assessment tools, methodologies, and simulations, such as 360 feedback surveys and the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI).
Ms. Parks has a Master's Degree in Organizational Learning from George Mason University, a Certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University, and a B.A. in Mathematics and Psychology. She is a highly effective meeting facilitator, organizational consultant, executive coach, and professional trainer. In addition, her international and diversity training experience enable her to be highly effective in a wide variety of multicultural settings.
