Mr. Thomas has twenty-two years experience assisting organizations with organizational development, human resources management, and implementation strategies. He is a specialist in organizational design, human resources capacity-building, and helping organizations to manage change. He has 30 years experience in delivering technical assistance, management training, and providing meeting facilitation in a wide variety of settings. Mr. Thomas has over 30 years experience in human resources and organizational development, with expertise in team-building, diversity training, and personnel management. Mr. Thomas authored the article on "Leadership" for the American Management Association’s Handbook for Human Resources Development. He has a Ph.D. (ABD) in Adult Education, and is a seasoned facilitator of large, public stakeholder meetings in a wide variety of settings.
